fixilo provides online platform services to service partners. There are no physical goods, so nothing is shipped and there are no shipping or delivery charges.
Delivery of registration
Once your registration fee payment is confirmed, your application moves to review straight away, and its status is shown in the app. After review, we tell you the outcome in the app. If your registration is approved, your profile becomes visible to customers in the PIN codes you serve whenever you are online.
Delivery of subscriptions
A Pro or Premium plan becomes active on your account as soon as its payment is confirmed. Its benefits and end date are shown in the app.
The fixilo app
The fixilo Android app is free and is downloaded directly from this website.
If something does not show up
If your payment was successful but your registration or plan does not show as paid in the app, contact us with your registered mobile number and the transaction ID, and we will fix it or refund you in line with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
